Sheryl Underwood was born in the state of Arkansas, and was raised there. She went on to become a TV host on the talk show daytime The Talk. Born in Arkansas She was raised in Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl was raised in a difficult family. She was a child who spent a lot of time caring for her younger sister Frankie. Frankie was a victim of polio. She faced a lot of problems with her mother as she was growing up. Sheryl states that one time her mom cut her father because he got too close. Sheryl was a soldier upon her graduation from college. Her passion was comedy. The show was named the first woman to be a finalist of the Miller Lite Comedy Search, which was held in 1989. She began her TV professional career in 1992 after she appeared as a frequent performer on the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. In 2000 she appeared as host of the T.V. program Oh Drama! Since 2011 she has been being a co-host for The Talk, a talk show. The Talk. In addition, she has played the fictional character in TV programs like Bulworth Nicki and Beauty Shop.
